FiveM is separate from your GTA V installation. Thus anything you install in FiveM is not installed in GTA V (this is intentional so you can run GTA V without mods, but still play ‘modded multiplayer’ just by launching FiveM.) If you want to play single player with mods, you’ll have to install the mods to your GTA V folder, then run GTA V
