Hithere--does anyone know how I can calculate how many calories/carbs burned doing the Jillian Michaels 6 Wk 6-Pk on Level 1? I'm doing the 30 Day Shred and 6 Week Six Pack daily! 0. Butif you prefer, you can do 4 JM circuits and throw in a cardio core workout (like 6-Pack) for a total of 5 JM days.
